Looking to build on your basic German skills?
Take the next step in your journey to fluency with Part 2 of our Beginners Course and we'll have you using the vocabulary and grammar needed for daily life in German.
Among many other things, this includes giving directions, interacting with the doctor, and expressing likes and dislikes. You'll learn to write and understand text messages, read and write invitations, and start telling your life story.
All you need to bring is your course book (see below) and a pen and paper for note-taking.
This course will take place over 16 sessions of 135 minutes each. Classes do not take place on Berlin public holidays.
To start with this level, you are expected to have some very basic knowledge of German.
This course is ideal for people who have recently completed an A1.1 course, watched our A1.1 Self-Study Course, or received this recommended level on our placement test.
For this course we use Schritte Plus Neu 2. If you would like to get a print copy, you can either buy it at your local bookshop or online. This works best if you are located in Germany as shipping to other countries might take a little longer.
Alternatively, you can opt for the digital version.
